Triangle Repairs LLC presents a complete deck revitalization project. The goal was to reclaim valuable outdoor living space by removing a sunken, outdated Jacuzzi that was no longer functional.
The process began with meticulous demolition to separate the spa unit from the wooden deck frame and cut power and water lines. Our team then assessed and reinforced the supporting subfloor before installing new, premium pressure-treated decking. We focused on seamless joinery to blend the new patch with the existing deck boards. This "Seasoning Stage" allows the natural wood to dry out and stabilize before we return for the final staining and sealing phase, ensuring a durable, uniform finish.
