Triangle Repairs LLC recently completed this stunning custom entryway organizer, transforming a standard hallway into a high-functioning mudroom. This project was a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship.
Following the client's vision, we designed a multi-functional Style Hall Tree with Shoe Cubbies that features upper storage for hats and caps, a dedicated hanging area, and a lower Handmade Mudroom Bench. The focal point of the piece is the handcrafted door made from delicate wooden slats, all finished in a deep, sophisticated navy blue that perfectly complements the rich, natural wood grain of the solid seating area.
The Build Process
Structural Framing: We began by building the skeleton of the hallway shallower cabinets, ensuring a perfect fit for the narrow space.
Wall & Panel Integration: Decorative wall panels were installed to add texture and protection to the mudroom zone.
Professional Finishing: The entire unit was meticulously sanded, primed, and painted. We applied a durable lacquer to the decorative panels and the solid wood seat to ensure long-lasting protection against daily wear.
Custom Details: The project was finalized with handcrafted decorative elements and the installation of heavy-duty hooks for coats and bags.
