WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I hired Max to deal with a leak recently. He texted me back promptly, came out super quickly, walked me through the repairs he recommended, and was able to start within a day. When he realized the scope of the necessary work was greater than what was originally apparent, he was very clear and direct in showing me what was going on, and yet insisted on sticking to the original price he had quoted me. Max went way, way beyond the original scope of the project to keep the house in good working order (I payed more than the original estimate, over his objections). He worked diligently until the work was through, kept in touch at every turn, and left everything in solid and pristine condition. He is also extraordinarily personable and easy to talk to. I predict Max and his excellent services will be in very high demand before long, so if you have a project that needs to be done at your house, I recommend you text Max now.
I have now utilized Maksim's services twice. The first time he did an intricate floor board match. He had to jigsaw the new piece in all directions (length, width, height). Took him hours to cut the new piece, but it fit perfectly! It looks like it was always there. The second time, he made a contraption to hold lights in our store. He listed to what we wanted, came up with several options for materials, and constructed it beautifully, and on time. He is meticulous, creative and a hard worker.

Max and his crew did great work for us replacing a ceiling fan on a 15’ ceiling, replacing a few smoke detectors, and replacing a short piece of a downspout. When I called, Max came out quickly to assess our needs and give me an estimate. We were able to schedule a time for one of his crew to come out not that long afterward to do the work. Everything was done well and we were very pleased. The total was consistent with the estimate. I would definitely hire Max and his team again for home repairs.
